How Does Remote Online Notarization Work?

Book Your Appointment
Easily book your appointment with your Notary online, via text, or with a phone call. Choose the time that is convenient for you and input your contact and document information.

Upload Your Document
Use the link at the bottom of this site to upload your document at least 1 hour before your appointment time. Make sure that all of the information in the document is filled out (except your signature). Once your document is uploaded you will receive a confirmation email and a link to the notarization platform.

Meet With Your Notary
Shortly before your appointment time, you will be prompted to log in to the online notarization portal and securely upload your photo identification. Meet with your online notary. After the notarization is complete your document will be available for download!
